It was years ago when my girlfriend, now my wife, asked me, “What do you love to do? What is your passion?” At the time she felt it was a random question, but that very day I enrolled in culinary school and from that point on cooking has been the focus of my life. It drives me everyday, when I wake up from the time I go to bed. There is nothing more satisfying to me than a happy customer and I enjoy our experience from the initial menu creation to the clean up at the end of the event. Owning my own business has been a dream of mine and I feel that this catering company just takes my dream to the next level. Not only has owning my own business been a dream of mine, but I would have never imagined that it would bring my family and I closer together.
